Deployed in the Departures Hall of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), this project is a benchmark smart-space upgrade meeting the most demanding international airport standards. The full installation runs on the Muyleva P2.5 GOB ultra-HD energy-efficient indoor LED display system, combining GOB cured tri-proof (dust / moisture / impact) technology, high-precision die-cast aluminium cabinets, micron-level flatness control and a proprietary glasses-free 3D playback system, all paired with an airport-dedicated low-temperature, low-power thermal management solution. Under a standard 450-nit operating brightness, the screen surface is held stably below 27 °C, adding no load to the airport's central HVAC. Combined with 170° ultra-wide viewing-angle distortion-free imaging and a zero-disturbance overnight installation protocol, the project has established a three-in-one smart display benchmark for premium brand showcasing, public information broadcasting and immersive light-and-shadow visualization at an international airport.

Project Introduction As Malaysia's flagship international aviation hub, Kuala Lumpur International Airport serves global passenger traffic with the highest scenario grade, the strictest operations regime and the most rigorous safety compliance. Every large-display deployment must meet top-tier airport acceptance standards for operational stability, thermal control, image precision, installation safety and around-the-clock reliability. The Muyleva premium indoor smart display delivered here measures precisely 15.36 m × 4.32 m, with a viewable area of more than 66 m² and an installation height of approximately 15 m from ground — an ultra-large, high-altitude, heavy-load display terminal in the airport concourse, with an exceptionally wide field of view and an outsized role in the terminal's visual identity. 1. Airport-Grade Extreme Installation: Zero-Disturbance Overnight Delivery During daylight hours the airport is densely trafficked and construction disturbance is entirely prohibited. To preserve normal flight operations and the passenger experience, every phase of the work — installation, rigging, alignment, cabling, commissioning and calibration — could only be performed in a dedicated overnight window from 22:00 to 05:00, with the full site restored to complete passenger circulation by 5 a.m. each morning. The entire project was completed with zero noise, zero obstruction of passenger flow, zero safety incidents and zero environmental impact — a clear demonstration of the Muyleva brand's mature project-management capability, granular on-site control and high-standard delivery framework in a major international public-transport hub. 2. Muyleva P2.5 GOB + Die-Cast Aluminium Cabinets — Ultimate Flatness and HD Image Quality To meet the airport's high-altitude, wide-field-of-view and long-hour display requirements, the core equipment uses Muyleva's P2.5 fine-pitch GOB surface curing technology, delivering a pixel density of up to 160,000 pixels per m² with fine, uniform pixel distribution and outstanding colour reproduction — a top-tier hardware foundation for HD rendering, high-precision dynamic video and glasses-free 3D content playback. The screen is built on one-piece, high-strength die-cast aluminium cabinets with excellent rigidity, minimal deformation and superior heat dissipation, factory-calibrated for multi-dimensional micron-level flatness. On site, a closed-loop precision fine-tuning system delivered an extremely high overall seam-flatness standard. Given the wide concourse and dispersed passenger sightlines, the real-world viewing angle can reach a 170° ultra-wide range. Backed by Muyleva's precision seaming and the uniform optical GOB surface, the entire wall is free of seam shadows, step-mismatch artefacts and visual banding, delivering colour consistency and pure, transparent image quality from every angle, and fully resolving the wide-angle visual distortion typical of large, high-mounted displays. 3. Proprietary Muyleva Glasses-Free 3D Playback System — Immersive Airport Stereoscopy To support the airport's premium brand-image upgrade, the entire display installation is paired with Muyleva's custom-grade glasses-free 3D intelligent playback system. Backed by the hardware advantage of P2.5 high-density pixels, it seamlessly decodes and steadily outputs a full range of HD 3D dynamic content — no auxiliary eyewear required — rendering deep-focus stereo, richly layered and impact-heavy glasses-free 3D visuals. The result substantially elevates the international, intelligent and modern visual quality of the airport, and is fully suited to premium brand promotion, city-image showcasing and airport public information visualization. 4. Airport-Grade Low-Temperature Efficient Cooling: 450-nit Steady-State Brightness, Surface ≤ 27 °C International airports run their central HVAC at a fixed load and strictly prohibit new equipment whose heat output would disturb the constant indoor temperature. Muyleva has developed an airport-specific low-power intelligent cooling control system: at the industry-standard commercial brightness of 450 nits, power draw is balanced and controlled, and — together with the excellent overall thermal conductivity of the GOB process — the display can run continuously and steadily around the clock with the screen surface temperature strictly held below 27 °C. Operating cool, with no excess heat output, the display adds no burden to the airport's central cooling load, perfectly matching the four core standards demanded by the airport's indoor environment: thermal control, energy efficiency, silent operation and stability.
